In 2000, Daniel Soret decided to turn over the reins to his son Didier. Together with his wife Charlène (who serves customers in the dining room), Didier has opted to preserve the style of the establishment and to perpetuate a long tradition while adding a contemporary touch. A warm and friendly welcome awaits you in a refurbished decor that has lost none of its rustic character. The menu offers a wide range of traditional French fare, while the cellar boasts more than 500 select wines. Not to be outdone, the desserts include such classics as “crêpe comédie française” or sabayon prepared in the dining room that are well worth savouring.
